Virtual Video Coach (VVC) is here to take your rowing to the next level. Our lead Coach Campbell Woods has spent the last 15 years competing and coaching in the competitive collegiate arena and has learned the value of consistent video review as a vital component for individual and team technical improvement. Our VVC program allows you to select between individual athlete or two team sizes to tailor your program to your needs. VVC members will receive
Single Sessions: Detail video analysis on the Coach Now platform using video sent to Coach Woods by you or your coach. receive detailed analysis of your strokes on the erg OR on the water and in any style of boat. Video reviews, delivered in 720p, will include the use of slow motion, frame by frame, vector lines, and voice over by Coach Woods as he conducts a thorough look at your stroke cycle and provide clear and critique of your technique as well as offering advice on training techniques, drills, and exercises to correct the motion
Season Members: Will receive Bi-Weekly review sessions as well as access to Coach Campbell’s famous technical document detailing the ideal rowing stroke and offering supplementary video tools of how to get there
Yearly Members: Will receive B-Weekly review sessions, the technical document and ongoing “on-call” access to Coach Woods for technical questions, or increased video review frequency during key periods like training camps
The Virtual Video Coach gives all crews with or without formal coaching access to powerful analysis tools to better your rowing. Individuals can gain personal insight and assistance in improving their strokes. Crews can learn about individual habits as well as crew cohesion and full teams can access video review for all creating a comprehensive approach to bettering team technique. On-Site coaches can work directly with Coach Woods to tailor video review to their needs while also gaining insight on their own program. At the same time, coaches can leave time consuming video review to Coach Woods enabling them to focus on other strategic areas for their program.
