UPCOMING DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
We understand that purchasing a boat from overseas is a difficult process. NELO Rowing works hard to make the process as seamless as possible. Shipping is done in close coordination with other NELO kayak and canoe dealers throughout the country to increase the frequency of deliveries. New for 2022 we have set specific deadline dates for incoming orders in an effort to ensure that our customers are able to receive their shells closer to the anticipated time frame for their competitive seasons. Our upcoming deadline dates are listed below.
Deadline November 30th 2021 = Spring Container in March
Deadline June 30th = Fall Container in Sept
*There ARE possible additional delivery times depending on activity at other NELO Kayak and Canoe Dealerships, any intermediate times are subject to specific availability at time of purchase. NELO will ALWAYS work to deliver boats ahead of schedule wherever possible
PRODUCTION PROCESS
All new NELO shells are built to order at the high tech NELO factory in Vila do Conde Portugal just outside Porto. Here NELO technicians take advantage of the best materials, cutting edge designs and many years of experience to craft exceptional shells that are durable and beautiful. The production time on a new build at the factory is typically 3-4 weeks (assuming no lead time).
SHIPPING PROCESS
NELO Shells are packed in standard size shipping containers for shipping to the United States. Typical shipping times are between 4 and 6 weeks. Once your shell arrives in the USA, your NELO representative will check through the boat and ensure that it is ready for it’s new owner before arranging a speedy delivery. Delivery fees will vary depending upon your location. Where possible, NELO will bundle multiple deliveries together to reduce the cost for our customers.
